Katy Janowiec has supported and participated in Glina Show – a parade of people painted with clay slip – for four years. For several years, she has been a respected and award-winning competitor in physique sports. This year, she will present a mini demonstration of her skills in the Glina Show town and take part in the parade. She also has a special prize for you: the person who presents the most interesting costume, in Katy’s opinion, at the Glina Show parade will win an individual diet and training plan with a consultation worth PLN 300.
Katy Janowiec earns her achievements and numerous medals at international competitions through hard work, which she undertakes with extraordinary passion and joy. The competitor has a very positive outlook on life and on the process of personal development and self-improvement. Her pursuit of a goal gives her joy; she celebrates achieved goals, only to choose new ones immediately afterwards and achieve them with passion once again.
This titled physique-sports competitor has her own philosophy, which is highly effective both in life onstage and off it.
Each of us is different; everyone is unique in their own way. I know that comparing myself with others will do me no good and may even be harmful. I do not want to be a copy of another competitor; there are truly many copies. I want to create myself, develop, and bring the best version of myself to the stage. That is what makes the process rich and exciting. Being yourself and following your heart!
