The Municipality of Bolesławiec received funding of PLN 70,000. In 2022, another edition of the government program for developing school infrastructure and the competencies of students and teachers in information and communication technologies, “Active Blackboard,” for 2020–2024 is being implemented.
A primary school educating students with special educational needs, including disabilities, could apply for financial support of up to PLN 35,000.
This year, two schools in the city of Bolesławiec received funding in the maximum amount, namely:
- Primary School No. 3 named after the Home Army,
- Primary School No. 5 in Bolesławiec.
As part of the project, teaching aids and computer equipment will be purchased for classes covering:
- psychoneurological therapy for students with attention and concentration disorders, including ADHD – Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, ADD – Attention Deficit Disorder, students with intellectual disabilities, and students with learning process disorders, including dyslexia and dyscalculia;
- communication process therapy, including auditory processing disorders, for students with central hearing disorders, students who are hard of hearing, students with concentration and attention disorders, including ADHD and ADD, and students with autism;
- therapy for students using augmentative and alternative communication methods (ACC — Augmentative and Alternative Communications), particularly students with neurological damage and paralysis;
- therapy for students experiencing difficulties in school education for other reasons and with disorders requiring speech therapy or psychological therapy.
