Bolesławiec police on the celebrations:
On the occasion of Police Day, 76 Bolesławiec officers were promoted to higher ranks. The first to receive her promotion was the First Deputy Commander of the County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec, junior inspector Justyna Kowalczyk. Next, promotion certificates were presented to the police officers present at the ceremony from the ranks of junior officers, aspirants, non-commissioned officers and privates. Later in the gathering, the County Police Commander in Bolesławiec presented commendations to Police employees for exemplary and professional performance of their official duties.
Inspector Norbert Kurenda emphasized in his speech how difficult and demanding the service in the Police is, involving many important decisions. The commander drew attention to the diversity of tasks carried out by officers, including those related to the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. He also thanked his subordinates for serving the safety of the county’s residents.

The uniformed officers also heard words of thanks from the local government officials attending the ceremony, who wished them safe service and further distinctions.

On the occasion of Police Day, a ceremonial gathering was held at the new headquarters in the City of Ceramics. During the event, Bolesławiec officers received promotions to higher ranks from the Deputy Commander of the Lower Silesian Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław, junior inspector Robert Frąckowiak, and the County Police Commander in Bolesławiec, Inspector Norbert Kurenda. Employees received commendations and thanks for their work.
Local government officials from Bolesławiec County and invited guests attended the ceremony.
