The incident occurred on the night of July 17–18 at one of the petrol stations in Gromadka municipality. A Georgian citizen arrived there by car.

Seeing the foreigner's condition, a station employee locked the doors of the premises, thereby detaining the suspect inside. He then called the police.

The employee's initiative proved entirely justified. The foreigner was drunk; he had one per mille of alcohol in his system. The Georgian was detained and now faces up to two years in prison.

Kudos for the quick response!
