Information has appeared online that Trei Real Estate has asked the county authorities to withdraw the building permit. Some internet users interpreted this as the investment being put on hold or even the investor withdrawing from our city. (Such comments appeared, among other places, on our forum.) What is the truth?
Jacek Wesołowski, Managing Director of Trei Real Estate Poland, told istotne.pl:
As previously announced, Trei Real Estate Poland plans to build a retail park in Bolesławiec (emphasis added by the editorial team – ed. note, istotne.pl). For the development site we acquired, the previous investor already held a building permit. However, it did not meet the requirements of our project. Consequently, we had to withdraw it and submit a new application in accordance with the administrative procedure. In the near future, we will apply to the Bolesławiec County Office for a building permit for a Vendo Park retail facility with a grocery supermarket and a DIY store.
