Investigators:
On 27 June 2022, the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra submitted an indictment to the District Court in Bolesławiec against three people who were partners in Leno. They were charged with collecting and transporting waste originating from the rubber industry and other sources, weighing no less than 192.80 tonnes, brought from Germany, Italy and Slovenia between December 2018 and March 2019, constituting an offence under Article 183 § 1 of the Penal Code and Article 184 § 4 of the Penal Code.
The prosecutor’s office adds: – This offence is punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment.
