The incident occurred during the night of July 11–12 on Bielska Street in Bolesławiec. The police received a report that some young people were damaging cars. However, when the patrol arrived at the scene, it turned out that two vehicles had been marked... with a felt-tip pen.
So far, no one has reported the matter to the police.
