As stated on the Bolesławiec Municipality website:
The Head of Bolesławiec Municipality informs, that new regulations governing the system for managing municipal waste in the Bolesławiec Municipality came into force on 1 July 2022, concerning only so-called uninhabited properties, that is, properties where no residents live, but municipal waste is generated.
What rates apply from 1 July?
For a container or bag with a capacity of:
- 20 l – PLN 25.00,
- 240 l – PLN 50.00,
- 1100 l – PLN 230.00.
The municipal office warns: – If the obligation to separate waste is not fulfilled, the fee will increase fourfold.
It also points out:
Instead of the previous charging of a monthly fee for collecting and managing a given waste fraction, a fee is now charged for each collection, in accordance with the frequency specified in the waste collection schedule, of a container for each of the five mandatory fractions:
- mixed municipal waste – collection frequency: once every 2 weeks,
- paper – collection frequency: once every 8 weeks,
- plastics and metals – collection frequency: once every 4 weeks,
- glass – collection frequency: once every 8 weeks,
- biowaste – collection frequency: once every 2 weeks.
WARNING!
Owners of uninhabited properties, who wish to update the number and type of containers used to collect municipal waste generated on their properties, should by the non-extendable deadline of 10 August 2022, submit a new declaration on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management to the local Municipal Office, calculating the municipal waste management fee based on the actual situation at the property.
