At the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the local court remanded Papa in temporary custody for two months. The man will also be incarcerated because he has almost a five-year prison sentence to serve, imposed in earlier judgments.
The suspect now additionally faces up to 15 years in prison.
Bolesławiec County Police:
Charges were also brought against a man who helped the criminal hide, for which he faces up to five years in prison.
Let us recall. Yesterday we reported that Krzysztof S., a 36-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, was taken to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec on Monday, June 27, where he was charged with violently assaulting police officers, making threats against them, and insulting them.
S. refused to provide explanations. He also did not admit to the charges.
