At the beginning of June, the mayor of Nowogrodziec accepted the construction works related to the reconstruction of roads in the following localities: Nowogrodziec, Milików, Nowa Wieś, Gierałtów, Gościszów and Wykroty. Officials: – The technical condition of the roads made it impossible to use them fully, especially in the spring and autumn, when they were partly impassable.
They add: – The main aim of the investment is, above all, concern for residents’ safety, ensuring access and road access to homes, as well as improving traffic safety and increasing driving comfort.
Which roads were reconstructed?
- Nowogrodziec – Moniuszki Street (500 m),
- Nowogrodziec – Paderewski Street (240 m),
- Milików – plot no. 608, 607 (99 m),
- Nowa Wieś:
- plot no. 513/2 (91 m),
- plot no. 486 (98 m),
- plot no. 480 (192 m).
(The contractor was Usługi Remontowo-Budowlane i Transport J. Michalik, based in Kościelniki Dolne).
Construction work has also been completed in:
- Gierałtów – plot no. 716 (210 m), plots no. 607, 585 (293 m);
- Gościszów – plots no. 461, 460 (240 m), plot no. 459 (180 m);
- Wykroty – Krótka Street (1,210 m).
(In this case, the contractor was Transport Drogowy Ciężarowy Budowa i Remont Dróg Eksport Import J. Potocki, based in Rakowice Małe).
