Police officers from Bolesławiec County, based on the materials collected, identified the perpetrator of catalytic converter thefts that occurred in May in Bolesławiec. KPP:
The detainee is a 37-year-old man who has committed other property-related offenses.
The suspect was charged with four offenses. (All of them concerned the theft of catalytic converters from vehicles parked in public places.) Total losses were estimated at more than PLN 8,000.
Since the detained resident of Bolesławiec County is a recidivist, he faces up to seven and a half years in prison.
