– A report concerning an inscription that appeared on the façade of a church in the city centre was received by the District Police Headquarters in Złotoryja. The police immediately took action – reports Staff Sergeant Dominika Kwakszys, press officer of the Złotoryja District Police Headquarters.
She adds: – It then also turned out that large graffiti “decorated” the façades of several other buildings.
The officers identified the injured parties. The initial losses were estimated at no less than PLN 500. Therefore, the perpetrator, a 26-year-old resident of Złotoryja, will face charges of a crime rather than a misdemeanour.
The young vandal, who told the officers that he had drunk too much, was charged with four offences. He faces up to five years in prison.
