A total of five people have been detained in connection with Friday’s attack on police officers at Partyzantów Avenue in Bolesławiec. One of those detained will face charges for an active assault on police officers. (Investigators have filed a motion for the aggressor’s temporary detention; the court will consider the case.)
As a result of the hooligans’ actions, a police car was damaged and one police officer was injured. (He sustained injuries resulting in fewer than seven days of incapacity.)
Non-custodial measures were applied to the second person detained. The third is a minor, so the case will be handled by the Family Court.
