Only I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Władysława Broniewskiego was included in the ranking of general secondary schools. The school took a high 270th place. “Perspektywy”:

(…) general secondary schools were assessed using three criteria. These are: the school’s achievements in academic competitions, results of compulsory-subject examinations and results of additional-subject examinations. Data from exogenous (external) sources in relation to the schools assessed were used to compile the ranking. The data sources were the records of the main committees of academic competitions, compilations by regional examination boards (OKE) of results from compulsory and additional-subject examinations, and data from the Educational Information System. Only schools that achieved the highest ranking positions were presented in the lists.

The ranking’s creators did not include II Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Janusza Korczaka in Bolesławiec. (And as many as one thousand Polish general secondary schools were included in the main list).

What places did our general secondary schools take in the voivodeship?

  • 69 – II LO im. Janusza Korczaka.

How did the technical schools perform?

As for the technical schools in Bolesławiec, the highest-ranked is the “fifth” from Zespół Szkół Handlowych i Usługowych im. Jana Kochanowskiego in Bolesławiec. (292nd place). The “third” from Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych im. majora Henryka Sucharskiego in Bolesławiec took 353rd place. (The remaining schools were not included in the main ranking, which assessed 500 schools).
