The whole incident took place on Saturday before noon. The woman parked in the car park at Stara Mleczarnia in Bolesławiec. At 10:24 a.m., she obtained a ticket from the machine and placed it behind the windscreen of her car. The car could remain there free of charge until 11:24 a.m. After 11:00 a.m., the reader decided that a longer stay would be necessary, so she went to get another ticket and also paid 2 zlotys to have more time than just another hour. She bought it at 11:10 a.m. (valid until 1:30 p.m.) and went to her car. There she saw that she had been issued a fine at 11:03 a.m.—at a time when her previous parking ticket was still valid.

The whole situation greatly upset our reader. She took great care to follow the parking rules, yet she was punished.

The woman can submit a complaint via the website of the company operating the car park, namely ATPark.
