The incident occurred on Wednesday, 11 May, on Mickiewicza Street in Bolesławiec. In the evening, a man tore a chain from an elderly woman’s neck and fled. Police are looking for the suspect.
For now, officers are not providing details of the case. So-called daring theft is punishable by between six months and as many as eight years in prison.
