Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a vehicle during a speed check in the Osiecznica municipality. In a built-up area—with a 40 km/h limit—the driver was travelling at 103 km/h. The driver was a 23-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County.
The officers confiscated the driver's licence for three months and fined him PLN 2,000.
