At the ceremony organized by Powiat Bolesławiecki at the “Polska Walcząca” monument, on the 77th anniversary of the end of World War II in Europe, the following took part: Starosta Bolesławiecki Tomasz Gabrysiak together with representatives of the Powiat Board, Deputy Mayor of the City Renata Szewczyk, a delegation of uniformed services, associations, and representatives of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec. Students from Bolesławiec schools and scouts also took part in the ceremony.
