On Saturday, May 16, BKS played a match in the 26th round of the regional league. The opponent from Bolesławiec was KS Łomnica. Before the referee started the game, shirts bearing the number of matches played for BKS Bolesławiec were presented to:
- Jacek Bochnia – 250 matches played,
- Tomasz Hajduczek – 100 matches played,
- Artur Spraski – 100 matches played.
Before the match in Bolesławiec, KS Łomnica was fourth in the table, so it was clear that taking points from this opponent would be very difficult. These predictions were confirmed by a goal from Dawid Trząsalski in the opening minutes of the match, which gave Łomnica the lead.
As the match progressed, it seemed that the visitors would extend their lead. They had the advantage, and their attacks came one after another. Fortunately, BKS began to make its presence felt and, in the 30th minute, after a misunderstanding in the visitors' ranks, Hubert Kędzierski equalized.
BKS played much better in the second half. Both teams had chances to score, but the result did not change and the match ended in a 1–1 draw. In the context of the fight to remain in the regional league, every point earned is valuable. At the end of the season, each one may prove crucial.
