The incident occurred on Friday before 12:00 p.m. A strangely behaving, nervous man was walking around the hospital grounds. He was reportedly upset with various random people.
The man had a bandaged hand.
The police were called to the scene. Officers detained the aggressor. It turned out that he was carrying an air rifle, for which no permit is required.
The man was fined PLN 500 for disturbing public peace.
