The event was intended not only to introduce our students to the culture of this country, but also to express solidarity with the Ukrainian people so brutally attacked by Russia.
The students were deeply involved in conveying information about our neighbors, their language, history, geographical location, traditions and customs as effectively as possible.
The class that presented the above-mentioned content in the most engaging way took first place and received a prize. The panel, which included a native Ukrainian resident, Mrs. Myroslava, who had been staying in Poland for several weeks, was impressed by all the presentations. On that day, the school’s staff and students also wore rosettes in the colors of the Ukrainian flag as a gesture of unity with Ukraine.
