In a secret ballot, Władysław Bakalarz received 12 votes and Michał Bojanowski received 9.
Władysław Bakalarz is the president of Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec. He is also a Bolesławiec County councillor.
