Under the guidance of Katarzyna Tomczyk-Jakubowska, the hip-hop dance studio will showcase the youthful power of movement. The groups perform both during local events in Bolesławiec and throughout Poland at dance festivals and competitions. The flamenco studio, supervised by Magdalena Zientara, will present the fiery dance originating from the Andalusian Roma traditions. Instructor and choreographer Halina Bałacka-Kłak is responsible for the achievements of the students of the contemporary dance studio. The dancers win many prizes and distinctions at regional and nationwide competitions.
Participants of Idalia Kowary- Schmidt’s oriental dance studio will also appear on stage, highlighting the beauty of the Orient. Polish national dances will be presented by Zespół Pieśni i Tańca „Bolesławiec”, operating within the structures of Bolesławiecki Ośrodek Kultury – Międzynarodowe Centrum Ceramiki and Młodzieżowy Dom Kultury w Bolesławcu. Its repertoire includes the kujawiak, oberek, polonaise, mazur and many other dances from across Poland. The dancers take part in charity and commemorative events, as well as thematic lessons organized for schools and preschools. The ensemble is led by Anna Idkowiak and Ewelina Liszczyk.
