On Saturday, we organised demonstrations of massage techniques and makeup techniques for readers of the IstotneInformacje.pl portal and newspaper. The demonstrations were led by beautician and owner of the “Magia orientu” salon, Agnieszka Opała. Each participant also received a gift: a cream made by Clarena.
During the demonstrations, the women learned how to massage the body while applying slimming or anti-cellulite creams to achieve the best possible effect. The beautician also offered many tips, including how to care for the skin, which creams to use and how to apply them. Among other things, she warned against using creams containing vitamin C in summer, as they can cause skin discolouration. The makeup demonstration attracted considerable interest. The participants were able to see for themselves the effects of applying foundation and learned how to choose the best foundation for their own complexion. Avon consultants additionally provided individual advice on using colour cosmetics: powders, eyeshadows and blushes.
Our readers served as the models during the demonstration. The women selected by lottery returned home with beautiful makeup, nourished skin and feeling relaxed after a massage. We also held a prize draw: five cosmetic sets prepared by Avon and a hot-stone massage at the “Magia orientu” salon. We also prepared an Eastern story for our readers about time, passing and the beauty of life.
Cukiernia Nowa, located next to the police station, prepared sweet refreshments for the demonstration participants. Over coffee and cakes, the women spent time devoted exclusively to them. Saturday’s gathering was an opportunity to discover the unique magic of their own beauty.
