– Today, before 4:00 a.m., in Bolesławiec, a patrol from the Traffic Division stopped a 26-year-old driver who committed a crime by getting behind the wheel – reports asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. She adds: – Within two days, the man was stopped twice in connection with driving a vehicle.
The irresponsible resident of Bolesławiec municipality has two court bans on driving vehicles, which remain in force until 2024. The judgments in the 26-year-old’s case were issued by the District Court in Bolesławiec and the District Court in Lubań.
What is more, the vehicle the man was driving had not undergone a technical inspection.
The detained man now faces up to five years in prison.
