The incident occurred on Wednesday, April 13, before 11:00 a.m., on Kosiby Street in Bolesławiec. The police report:

The car passenger stopped breathing while the vehicle was moving. The driver stopped.

Emergency services were called to the scene. Officers said: “Unfortunately, despite resuscitation efforts, the man could not be saved.”

The police and prosecutor’s office are investigating the case.
