On Thursday, April 15, police officers from Bolesławiec and Legnica conducted the “Safe Road” operation. The weekly activities, aimed at preventing accidents and improving safety, are carried out on the main roads in our county (national and provincial roads).
The officers inspected 90 vehicles. They seized 6 registration certificates (due to the poor technical condition of the vehicles) and issued 46 fines for speeding.
Moreover, the officers caught three drunk drivers and two drivers subject to court bans on driving motor vehicles.
On Friday, April 16, the officers will conduct the “Safe County” operation.
