The 26-year-old stole alcohol from a shelf and kicked a store employee who intervened. When other customers heard someone shout “catch the thief,” they immediately took action and detained the 26-year-old, additionally recovering the stolen goods. Police took over custody of the thief and transported him to the station.
The resident of Bolesławiec County is known to the authorities because he has previously been found in possession of narcotic substances and has insulted officers.
The offender faces up to 5 years in prison for the act committed.
