The incident occurred on Wednesday, April 7. At around 6:30 p.m., the driver of a Volkswagen Golf lost control of the vehicle and hit an Opel Vectra and a Toyota Yaris, which were parked on Mikołaja Brody Street. The person responsible for the collision was not injured.
A municipal police patrol immediately went to the scene. The officers smelled alcohol on the Volkswagen driver. As it turned out, the man was completely drunk. He had almost 3 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The person responsible for the collision was handed over to the police, who are carrying out further activities in the matter.
