During the identity check, it turned out that the 25-year-old was wanted by the District Court in Bolesławiec because he had a 16-month prison sentence to serve. What is more, several sale portions of marijuana were found on the troublemaker.
Both participants in the brawl were fined, and the 25-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County was additionally charged with possession of narcotic substances.
Our fellow local resident will spend the next 16 months in pre-trial detention. What is more, he now faces up to another three years behind bars.
