A resident of Nowogrodziec, despite a court-ordered driving ban and a decision revoking his driving privileges, got behind the wheel five times and drove to petrol stations, where, after filling up with petrol, he drove away without paying. (All the thefts took place in the Nowogrodziec municipality. Losses: PLN 2,500.)

Police also established that on other days the suspect drove a car as well, disregarding the court-ordered ban.
The 26-year-old was arrested. He now faces up to five years in prison.
