The team’s tasks include planning immediate and long-term activities, holding regular consultations among coordinators, participating in teleconferences with the Lower Silesian Voivode, and cooperating with foundations, associations and other social organizations, as well as businesses and private individuals.

The county coordination team operates a telephone information service for refugees arriving in Bolesławiec County, registers them, runs three donation collection points for refugees, and keeps records of assistance offered by private individuals and companies.

Ukrainians arriving in our county often have only one suitcase and need basic items essential for everyday life, such as cleaning products, hygiene products, clothing, footwear and food.

Team members are also in constant contact with people of Ukrainian origin currently living in Bolesławiec and the surrounding area, who provide translation assistance free of charge.
