On February 28, a ceremonial welcome was held at the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters, under sanitary restrictions, for the first deputy district police commander, Sub-Inspector Justyna Kowalczyk, who had previously served as deputy head of the Operational Techniques Department of the Lower Silesian Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław.
Previously, Sub-Inspector J. Kowalczyk held the position of head of the Criminal Department of the Lubin District Police Headquarters.

Sub-Inspector Justyna Kowalczyk is a graduate of the University of Wrocław and the Police Academy in Szczytno. She began her service in the Police in 1997. Throughout her service in the Police, the commander was associated with the criminal division.
