As reported by onet.pl:
Russian cruise missiles fell before dawn today on Ukrainian airports near Kyiv, in Ozernoye, Kulbakino, Chuhuiv, Kramatorsk, Chornobaivka, as well as Lutsk, located near the border with Poland. Russia also attacked military bases.
The February session of the Bolesławiec County Council is underway. During it, Bolesławiec County Head Tomasz Gabrysiak delivered a statement:
I think that we are all now expressing solidarity with our neighbours, with the Ukrainian state, and above all with the people of Ukraine. Unfortunately, the words of the late Lech Kaczyński, spoken in Georgia, have turned out to be a scenario that is unfolding before our eyes.
He informed the councillors that last week—at the request of the Lower Silesian Voivode—he met with the heads of local municipal governments. Among other things, the purpose of the meeting was to determine how many people fleeing Ukraine could temporarily stay in our county. The County Head did not go into detail, saying only that the county was prepared to receive several hundred Ukrainians.
