Volunteer firefighters from Warta Bolesławiecka welcomed a new vehicle—a quad bike—in front of their fire station on Tuesday, February 22. The firefighters said:
This is the first and only vehicle of its kind among firefighters in Bolesławiec County.
What will it be used for?
The firefighters said:
The vehicle will be used during various types of operations—not only firefighting, but also search operations. A quad bike of this type can reach any location and will prove useful during search-and-rescue operations and in life-threatening situations in difficult terrain.
