Traffic police stopped a man at one of the railway crossings who had committed an offense. The officers:

The driver entered the railway tracks while the barriers were being raised.

The 27-year-old from Bolesławiec County was rushing to work and received a PLN 2,000 fine.

The officers add:

We remind you that a new fine schedule has been in effect since January. Entering a railway crossing on a red light, while the barriers are being lowered or raised, or driving around lowered barriers carries a fine of at least PLN 2,000.
