District officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn, while patrolling a rural area, noticed a vehicle that was moving as if the driver were having difficulty staying in his lane.
As it turned out, the 29-year-old behind the wheel was completely drunk; a test showed 2.6 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled breath.
The resident of Bolesławiec County has already lost his driving licence. Now he could also face up to two years in prison.
