It is thanks to your help that we are able to provide Kuba with comprehensive therapy. We quietly hope that we will also be able to expand it from spring, because Kuba very much needs hippotherapy and regular physiotherapy.

Your help is not going to waste:
- Kuba has started speaking (do not confuse this with communication, because we are light-years away from that), and this already allows us to recognise his needs and reduces aggressive outbursts caused by his inability to communicate them.
- You cannot have a conversation with him like with an average four- or five-year-old (rather, he is at the level of a child just under two), but he will repeat very simple sentences and words after you. That is our goal for this year: to have a conversation with him in February 2023.
Therapies cost a fortune. Parents: “Unfortunately, we only receive six hours a month במסגרת of Early Development Support; we finance everything else ourselves. And the wonderful world of inflation has meant that the cheapest therapy now costs PLN 120 per 50 minutes, while PLN 150 per 45 minutes is standard.”
And they immediately add:
Daily trips to Lubań, Zgorzelec and Bolesławiec are another enormous expense. We do not give them up, because working with these therapists produces results.
I am not even writing about all the other costs—doctors, medication, dietary food and so on.
We manage to cover it all thanks to you, thanks to the fact that you do not pass by our enormous request indifferently and that you have the heart to help us selflessly. We are immensely grateful to you for this.
And they add:
We would like the sun to finally shine on this child, for him to stop being a burden on the education system, a freak rejected by other children at the playground, and “that different child” to a considerable group of acquaintances.
