As we read on the City Hall’s website:
Dear Parents and Guardians of children attending primary schools!
We would like to inform you that Bolesławiec City Hall has reached an agreement with the operator of the Lower Silesian Dentobus under the National Health Fund to provide your children with dental care.
Our schools will soon be visited by a Dentobus staffed by dentists qualified in pediatric dentistry. The mobile dental clinic will park in front of each school in Bolesławiec. The visit to the Dentobus will be free of charge, and every child will be examined in accordance with the rules of the safe mobile clinic program. Following the examination, each child will receive a patient card describing their needs for conservative treatment, malocclusion, and any need for specialist consultations.
Participation in the program is voluntary and in no way obliges anyone to continue treatment, choose a doctor, or select a treatment method or source of funding.
They also add:
We strongly encourage you to take part in the free preventive dental care program while the Dentobus is stationed at the school your children attend. All you need to do is sign a statement, which will be distributed at the schools.
