He adds:

At the apartment, the police found a 31-year-old woman who, as it later turned out, was the mother of a month-old boy. The woman was completely drunk, aggressive and vulgar toward the officers; a test showed nearly 2.5 per mille of alcohol in her system.

After being examined by doctors, the child was placed in the care of a foster family.

The 31-year-old, meanwhile, was taken to police custody. The officers are currently checking whether, by caring for the child in such a state, the mother posed a threat to his life or health. The family court will be notified of the entire matter.
