We have already reported on contaminated roads in a report about the muddy road in Raciborowice Górne.
We remind you that contaminating a road or leaving an obstacle on it constitutes an offense. For contaminating a public road, for example by agricultural vehicles leaving fields or heavy goods vehicles leaving a construction site, the Code of Petty Offenses provides for a fine:
Art. 91. Anyone who contaminates a public road or leaves a vehicle, other object or animal on that road in circumstances where this may cause danger or obstruct road traffic shall be subject to a fine of up to PLN 1,500 or a reprimand.
