The incident occurred on Monday evening, December 27. According to police findings, a 34-year-old resident of Gmina Warta Bolesławiecka allegedly caused a collision and attempted to drive away from the scene.
The person who reported the incident took his keys and notified the police. It turned out that the 34-year-old was completely drunk. He had more than 4 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled breath.
Additionally, during the intervention, he insulted the police officers. The man was detained.
