The attacker accused the victim of stealing his phone and began beating him. The injured man claims that he did not steal the phone.
The attacker used a machete and wounded the victim's hands. The injured man claims that the police arrived at the scene, recorded a report, and did not notify the ambulance service (the police deny this, stating that the ambulance service was notified automatically). Ultimately, the ambulance did not reach the victim. After several hours, the man made his own way to a doctor. The wounds required stitches.
The police are conducting proceedings to apprehend the attacker.
