Bolesławiec police officers regularly check compliance with sanitary restrictions. Police patrols can be seen in shops and on public transport. KPP:

Officers check whether people staying on commercial premises cover their nose and mouth with a mask.

And they emphasize: “We remind you that all restrictions have been introduced to protect health and life. Let us remember to keep a social distance and disinfect our hands frequently.”

And they remind us:

The nose and mouth may be covered only with a mask. Scarves, face shields and visors are not permitted because they do not fulfill their basic function, meaning they do not protect against the virus!

The mouth and nose must be covered, among other places:

  • in common areas of a property (e.g. on a stairwell);
  • on a bus, tram or train;
  • in a shop, shopping mall, bank, at a market and at the post office;
  • at the workplace if more than one person is in the room (unless the employer decides otherwise);
  • at the workplace during direct service to a customer or member of the public;
  • in a cinema or theater;
  • at a doctor’s office, clinic or hospital;
  • in a massage or tattoo parlor;
  • in a church and school, or at a university;
  • in a government office and other public buildings (in court, at a cultural institution, at the post office, etc.).
