The Energy Regulatory Office states on its official website:

As a result of changes to both tariffs, combined payments (for gas and its delivery together) for customers using PGNiG services will be as follows. For the average customer in the W-1.1 group, using gas to prepare meals, the payment will be 41% higher, which means an increase in the bill of approximately PLN 9 net per month. For customers in the W-2.1 group, the payment will increase by 54%, or PLN 56 net per month. Customers using the largest amounts of fuel, i.e. those heating their homes with gas (the W-3.6 tariff group), will pay approximately PLN 174 net more per month (a 58% increase in the payment).
