Safer on Widok Street in Bolesławiec: Pedestrian Crossing with Traffic Lights

At Widok Street in Bolesławiec, at the pedestrian crossing near the intersection with Bratków Street, traffic lights have been put into operation. It is safer, primarily for pedestrians—not only at the crossing itself, but also in its vicinity.

The lights also slow down drivers who are travelling too fast. They work on the same principle as the lights near Leśny Potok on Jeleniogórska Street. When a vehicle is travelling too fast, the red light comes on.
