The traffic lights near the skatepark are located along national road No. 94, but the Bolesławiec City Office is responsible for their power supply and maintenance. According to the information I have, the City Office is aware of the fault and plans to fix it. To obtain all the details, please contact the City Office directly.
Interestingly, in the morning we asked the municipal office about the matter, and it referred us to… the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.

A reader contacted us, drawing attention to a problem with the traffic lights at the pedestrian crossing over the bypass leading toward the skatepark.
According to him, the lights have not worked for approximately two or three months:
Can the editorial team find out why the traffic lights at the pedestrian crossing over the bypass to the skatepark have apparently not worked for two or three months? There is heavy traffic in both directions, and many children go to the skatepark during the day.
In his opinion, the problem is particularly urgent during the day, when children and teenagers use the crossing.
The man also drew attention to the behavior of some drivers:
Cars speeding along the bypass do not always stop, even when someone is standing at the crossing. Or quite simply, plenty of idiots drive through very quickly, even when someone is almost already on the crossing.
He added:
To add to the absurdity, the lights only start working when it gets dark. Yesterday, for example, they started working at 7:30 p.m., when hardly anyone goes to the skatepark anymore.

We went to the site. Indeed, before noon the traffic lights were not working.
We will ask the road manager about the matter.
– Please address this issue, because it is genuinely dangerous when children cannot cross a very busy road normally and safely – the person who reported it concluded.
