After Tuesday’s overnight accidents involving trucks on the A4, traffic on the motorway was blocked. Some drivers, unwilling to wait in the traffic jam, drove the wrong way to the nearest exit.
A reader sent us a video showing a car driving the wrong way with its hazard lights on. She commented as follows:
After the accident on the A4, driving the wrong way at night, with kilometres still separating them from the exit... This was not the only car. A few kilometres farther on, a truck. Complete thoughtlessness—and once again, a step away from tragedy.
