The fatal accident occurred on Thursday, December 2, in Czernikowo, Toruń County. Volunteer firefighters from Trzebień:

[…] in the morning, in Czernikowo (Toruń County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship), a tragic incident occurred in which the OSP Czernikowo vehicle, responding under emergency conditions to a soot fire, collided with a truck. Unfortunately, two firefighters died and the others were injured.

We are also joining the action.
