On November 23, a few minutes after midnight, officers from the Bolesławiec traffic unit stopped a passenger vehicle for inspection while patrolling the city. The vehicle was driven by a 32-year-old man. – The driver's inspection began with a breathalyzer test, which showed 0.00 – reports asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec.

She adds:

A test for the presence of intoxicating substances in the body returned a positive result, meaning that the Bolesławiec resident was driving under the influence of drugs.

Moreover, the officers retained the vehicle's registration certificate due to its poor technical condition.
The Bolesławiec resident now faces up to two years behind bars.
